My family dropped in today, Australia Day, In response to a welcoming sign outside. The children had not only their first bowl but more importantly their first "Pie Floater". Many thanks to Jan for the wonderful welcome and for going above & beyond to deliver our raffle prize - the world's largest crayfish - to our caravan park abode. Surely one of the treasures of Australian bowling clubs. An undoubted highlight of our tour of SA. Again, thank you Jan. (PS - the cooling swim - just beyond the club's oceanfront boundary fence - wasn't too bad either.)
